about
Clara Haseloff
Artist, Yoga Teacher & Product Designer

Art is a bridge to intuition for me. A moment of connection – with the inner self, with silence, the present moment, with music, and emotions.
Music is often a key in my creative process – it opens gates to images that follow a movement. Through painting, sounds become visible and emotions gain their faces.
My works explore the self and the multifaceted emotional world that shapes us. The characters in my paintings embody emotions, inner voices, and archetypes. Each piece invites the viewer to reflect in these faces and find their own meanings.
The philosophy of yoga influences me – the exploration of the self, perception, and the many layers of human existence. Yoga and meditation deepen this process by creating silence and clarity – the space from which new ideas grow.
Experience & Journey:
As a child, I enjoyed drawing characters and portraits, inspired by Japanese manga, and attended an art & music school, which laid the foundation for my creative development. After school, I completed training as a certified assistant for product design and after that a vocational training as a technical product designer. During this time, I spent a year working in a photography studio by Vlado Golub in Sindelfingen, where I experimented with photography and film. The name PIMA became my artist name and served as a headline for my visual expression.
I worked for several years as a CAD designer in the automotive industry at atec innovations GmbH & Bertrandt AG, until a journey to Asia in 2016 led me to new perspectives. My encounter with meditation and yoga influenced my further path. In Berlin, I completed a three-year BDY-certified yoga training and gradually dedicated myself more to art. Meditation and movement have since become an integral part of my life and artistic practice.
Since then, I have worked in various creative fields, including collaborations with musicians on their song cover artworks, other artists, and on my own projects.
In Unawatuna, Sri Lanka, I painted murals for the Carpe Diem Hostel and subsequently wrote my first illustrated short story "der blinde Fuchs mit seinem magischen Koffer" which I published after returning to Berlin.
Until 2022, I was involved in developing the exhibition about the designer outfits of the U.S. TV series The Nanny, which was first presented at the Series Mania Festival in Lille. For the exhibition, I designed merchandise and created a series of abstract portrait paintings that reinterpreted the iconic costumes of the series.
In the same year, Keinesel, an expressionist music video production by Bob and me under the label BAOBABWOD, was created and was awarded an award at the 2024 Las Vegas Music Video Awards.
In 2024, I launched my online store PIMA-ART, where I offer my designs on clothing, which are also available at the Piercing and Tattoo Studio Pieksfein in Sindelfingen, where my current paintings on canvas are also displayed.
